Kristina Scala is a woman on a constant quest to find ways to spend more time with her family and to make her home warmer than the day before. She energy directory is a Florida State University graduate, a wife, a mother of two young children and a blogger. Her blog, Casa Della Scala, is a DIY crafty homemaker, with a focus on home improvements, healthy recipes and creating a fun lifestyle for her family.
Her inspiration to start her blog began when she moved into her new home in Davie, Fla. in 2012. As her home improvement projects began, she decided to share them with others.
I thought of sharing it with others since my ideas are more budget friendly and its very popular to do things in a DIY fashion, said Scala.
She used to refer to her house as, Casa Scala, but her husband, Christopher Scala, insisted that they call it, Casa Della Scala, to represent his Italian heritage.

One of Kristinas followers, Alexis Stilley, just moved into a new home. She expressed how she was instantly captured by the concept of the blog because she is also interested in DIY projects that can improve details within her home.
